Take a Look at How Lotion Dispensers Work

In our daily lives, we come across various liquid containers and dispensers. Whether it’s food or drink, these dispensers allow us to dispense liquids without pouring them. This video explains how lotion pumps work.
Lotion dispensers are helpful tools that dispense a specific amount of lotion from a bottle into the hands. They come in various sizes and designs.

The most common types include shampoo bottles, pump bottles, and hand sanitizers. These devices allow you to control precisely how much liquid you want to dispense at once.
A lotion dispenser works through a mechanism known as suction. It contains an actuator, a piston, and a spring. The container has a valve at the top that allows air to enter the container. When you press down on the button, the valve opens, allowing air to escape from the container and leaving the liquid inside behind. This creates a vacuum inside the container. In turn, it causes the liquid to rise until it reaches the top, where it comes out of the nozzle.
Lotion dispensers provide convenience and safety to people who want to apply hand lotions at home or anywhere else.
